The organ we had been servicing was poorly installed and was poorly laid out. The cramped Swell was positioned behind the Great and the façade pipes spoke poorly, functioning as the Great's 8' Diapason. We ultimately removed the instrument and started fresh in its chamber area. Rebuilding the organ with the Swell division on the first level with the Great division above it, gave us the necessary room for servicing and tuning access. All of the chests were rebuilt with electric valves and as is our standard, Plexiglas bottom boards. We added a new 8' Great Diapason leaving the façade but non-functioning. A new Zephyr blower was installed and the ICS-4000 was used as the control system.
